Different Types of Garage Dehumidifiers
We stock both desiccant and refrigerant dehumidifiers for garage use.
A refrigerant dehumidifier will need to be emptied regularly or connected to a suitable drain for continuous operation. The Woods WCD2 and Aerial AD110 are great for garage use.
Desiccant dehumidifiers work more efficiently in cold to freezing temperatures, but they require an exhaust or ducting as the moisture that they expel from the air is done so as water vapour. The Ecor Pro DH800 can be installed into wall cavities, ceilings, cupboards or other small spaces and connected to an outlet leading outside.
