At the heart of the TBD 18 is the clever airflow system, which draws in air, rapidly heats it via the stainless-steel elements, and then distributes it back out using a high-powered front fan. With a heating range of up to 3,960m3/h, this electric heater can rapidly warm expansive warehouses, factories, agricultural buildings and more.

The tilting head allows for precision targeting of the direction of heated airflow. An integrated thermostat enables presetting the desired temperature, automatically regulating the heat output to maintain this temperature. For extra control, a remote thermostat can be connected.

Practical design for industrial use

Despite its powerful heating capabilities, this space heater retains an extremely practical, portable design suited for industrial applications. Large wheels and folding handles allow the unit to be easily manoeuvred around sites. Setup takes moments, and with no combustion or fumes, the heater can be used safely in enclosed spaces.

This heater requires only an electrical supply, making it suited for locations lacking ventilation for gas or diesel heaters. It provides an emission-free alternative for drying out and heating sites such as building renovations, boatyards and farm buildings. For pest control applications, the TBD 18 PC model provides temperatures up to 75°C.
