The Dustcontrol DC1800 H EX is a compact 230V dust extractor designed for source extraction and general cleaning where Zone 22 rated equipment is required. Its low weight and small footprint support easy handling, while the steel container provides secure dust containment for maintenance and disposal tasks. The brushless motor enables spark-free operation for applications involving airborne industrial dust.

Filtration System

A polyester fine filter rated to Class M with 99.9 percent separation efficiency is combined with a HEPA H13 filter providing 0.85 m² surface area. Together, the filters achieve 99.995 percent overall machine separation efficiency in accordance with EN 60335-2-69 Appendix A-A. This supports extraction tasks involving particulates generated by cutting, grinding and general cleaning work.

Performance and Construction

The extractor delivers a maximum airflow of 200 m³/h and a peak negative pressure of 27 kPa for stable suction during tool-connected operation. The 20-litre steel container supports controlled dust storage, and the IP54-rated enclosure is suited to environments involving non-conductive dust. The DC1800 H EX operates at 70 dB(A) for continuous site use.
