The Dustcontrol DC1800 230V is a compact industrial dust extractor designed to help users maintain cleaner, safer work areas by removing airborne dust directly at the source. It supports source extraction from handheld tools with suction casings up to 5 inches and provides reliable dust removal for construction, workshop and service environments. M-Class and HEPA Filtration for Hazardous Dust

The extractor uses a Class M cellulose fine filter with 99.9% separation efficiency in accordance with EN 60335-2-69. A secondary HEPA H13 filter with 0.85 m² surface area provides an additional layer of particulate control. Together, the filtration system achieves 99.995% overall separation efficiency (Class H, EN 60335-2-69 Appendix A-A). Dust is collected in a steel container fitted with a plastic sack for straightforward handling.

Performance for Tool and General Dust Extraction

With a maximum airflow of 2200 m³/h (230V) and 24 kPa negative pressure, the DC1800 supports extraction for small table saws and a wide range of handheld power tools. The 24-litre container allows extended operation between bag changes, and the 66 dB(A) sound level supports use in locations where noise output must be controlled. The 230V model operates at 1285 W.

Autostart Capability for Tool-Linked Extraction

The Autostart configuration enables automatic activation when a connected tool is switched on. The outlet supports tool loads up to 1285 W on 10A circuits or 2200 W on 16A circuits, helping streamline operation when working with saws, grinders or sanders.
