Water Damage Dehumidifiers
Water damage dehumidifiers are designed for flood recovery and leak related damage. Unlike standard units, these machines operate continuously to extract large volumes of water per day.
Following a flood or burst pipe, the first 24-48 hours are critical. Moisture that is trapped can cause secondary damage such as mould, hygroscopic salts, and irreversible structural warping. Our range provides the rapid extraction needed to reverse the deep saturation that occurs after a flood.

Dehumidifiers For Floods And Water Damage Restoration
The Science of Structural Drying
When a building gets wet, moisture is absorbed into porous materials. The drying process requires forcing the trapped water out. Our units are engineered for:
Capillary Suction: Once water has been pulled deep inside a material, by making the air extremely dry, we can force the moisture to the surface.
Secondary Damage Prevention: Mould generally requires a relative humidity (RH) of 60% or higher. Our units rapidly pull down humidity within the first few hours to stop mould growth.
Material Integrity: When materials like drywall and fibreglass get wet they can cause ceilings to collapse and wall studs to bow. By addressing the problem fast, drywall and even some insulation can be saved.
High Performance Recovery Hardware
We have years of experience helping restoration contractors and facility managers. The two primary solutions for water damage restoration are:
Refrigerant & LGR Dehumidifiers
Refrigerant and LGR (Low Grain Refrigerant) dehumidifiers are best for general flood recovery in temperatures above 15°C. LGR units use a double-cooling system to remove more water per kilowatt of power.
Desiccant Dehumidifiers
Desiccant dehumidifiers are best for cold weather restoration (below 10°C). Desiccants can achieve a lower RH, often 10% lower than refrigerants, which rarely drop below 30-40%.
The Climate Dry Standard
Time is never on your side in a flood scenario. Our inventory is based on real world performance in the harshest UK environments.
Built for the Job: Our range features durable, rotomoulded housings that are virtually indestructible, integrated condensate pumps for 24/7 operation, and stackable designs for easy transportation.
Verified Extraction Rates: We provide AHAM performance data rated at 26.7°C and 60% RH and ensure your moisture removal calculations are correct.
Leading Brands: From Master, Ecor Pro, Thermobile, and Broughton. We offer genuine spare parts, expert advice to keep you up and running.
Advice Beyond Equipment
Choosing the wrong equipment can lead to case hardening, this is when the surface of the material dries too fast, traps moisture inside, leading to rot.
Achieving a dry standard requires a coordinated strategy:
Consult our Drying Calculator for initial equipment sizing.
Use Air Movers and Industrial Fans to break the boundary layer of air at the surface.
Read our Water Damage Restoration guide for advice on professional packages.
